This is a program I have strategically designed to help focus on root cause healing. I want to help you stop putting Band-Aids on what ails you and guide you to true wellness. My program is a six-month commitment. During this time, we work closely together one-on-one to go through the necessary functional medicine testing that helps me identify the root cause of your symptoms and customize a treatment plan based on your unique testing and results. I develop personalized protocols for each of my clients that consists of detailed interpretations, supplement recommendations, nutritional counseling with customized meal plans, and lifestyle modifications to help you get the most out of our time working together.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Step One

You must submit an application to work with me 1:1. Once I receive and review your application, I will reach out to you and schedule a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your current health struggles in more detail and what goals you have while working together 1:1. After this complimentary call, if you feel like my program is the right fit, an invoice will be sent for your total gut reboot package. Payment plans are available, so we will discuss all of this during our call to see what works best for you! Once payment is received, I order your functional medicine comprehensive panels from Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory.

Step Two

It's your time to shine! Collect your samples and follow all instructions that are sent along with your testing kits. It is VERY easy, so don't sweat! When you are ready, mail your samples back to the lab following the packaging instructions. Note: You will not owe anything to the lab. The cost of all testing is already included in my package!  It is important to know that it can take up to two weeks for your test results to come in. I will be reaching out to schedule your 1-hour virtual overview as soon as I receive your test results, which is usually 2 weeks from the day you send in your samples to the lab.

Step Three

Our first virtual appointment together is 1-hour to go through all of your results in detail. This is also when you will receive a personalized protocol including nutritional counseling, customized meal plans, and lifestyle recommendations all based on your unique results. We will have 5 additional 30-minute virtual follow-ups once a month for the remainder of the program. Additionally, I will provide weekly check-ins through my private communication portal, and you will be able to reach me through this portal anytime you have questions!
